I selected the location on Heinrich-Heine-Allee, but the place was closed. Fortunately, the neighbouring shop was also owned by the same person, so I was able to leave my luggage there. The owner was very trustworthy. He showed me the app on which my reservation was clearly visible, took some photos and uploaded them to the service. When I came back to pick up my things, the checkout process was straightforward again. I found the service very affordable and convenient.
