Great experience and straight forward

Staff was great as is not my first using the shop, Price is ok but security charge is high and when I asked was told I should not worry it will be refunded.When I asked on Radical website they said non refundable which for me is stealing and wrong information pass to customer ,because of this I can never use radical again.

The storage place was ok and the woman who served us very helpful. It wasn't clear at the time that the extra payment, which we were told would be refunded at the end, wasn't a proper refund but only went into my account for a discount next time. When I went to use my discount at the same place, the shop was closed with no note about reopening time. Others arrived who had prepaid luggage storage but couldn't leave luggage because it was closed, so that was bad. I used another place.

Drop off and pick up were very easy. Very nice shop attendants.

Pretty easy to find the place and the staff were helpful. The luggage is taken down to a small storage room at the back of the shop.
