The owner of the store where I left my bag was amazing - super friendly and really helpful. I would give the rating 5 stars for this alone. Where Radical Storage let's itself down is it doesn't tell you where exactly you will be leaving your bags before you book and pay - as a lone woman I want to make sure I'm happy with where I will be going before I make any payment. Once I did have the address details they were for the wrong location so this only exacerbated some of my concerns.
