工作人员虽然很友善，但从未扫描过我的二维码，也没有给我的行李贴标签；不过除此之外，他们表现得很棒，还帮我搬运行李，所以我肯定会再次把行李寄存在那里。但他们确实需要给行李贴上标签，以免被别人误认成自己的行李。
Staff were lovely but never scanned my code or tag my bags but other than that they were great helped me with my luggage, so I would definitely leave my bags there again but they need to tags the bags so no one else can just claim them as theirs

Appears to be a scam. I booked and it said it was a 5 minute walk from my location. My bag was heavy. It took over 10 minutes to walk there. When I arrived it was a hotel. Happy Hotel and Spa. It was closed. I called the number and I rang the bell. I kept on trying. I waited 20 minutes. Other people were also there waiting. In the end I decided since I couldn't carry my bag around Blackpool I would get a train home. My day ruined. So thank you for that!
