Quick efficient service both in depositing snd in retrieving the luggage. Making the booking was speedy and simple too. The only thing I found slightly tricky was accessing the QR code when I needed to go back to my phone after needing to use it for something else as the time for depositing and retrieving the luggage approached. But not so big an issue that I would avoid the Radical Storage service or that very good location.
