First of all, your system is unfair to the customers. Before payment, you should tell the customer the locations and the storage time available.
When I first arrived at DHL shop without knowing booking is needed, the lady said the storage time will be until 1pm. Asked me to try somewhere else. We walked to the other shop but couldn’t find the shop. At~11am, used the apps. After payment of Euro13.5, we were told the assigned shop was the DHL shop, till 1:30pm. You better refund me.
