Easy, friendly staff, safe storage

We found a place to store our luggage very close to Duomo. As we were close to Duomo and were getting Metro to Central Train station. We downloaded the Radical storage App and booked our bags in. The storage facility shows as a “shop” and it is at a shop front. There is a fellow there all the time and is very helpful. So not a locker type setup where you lock up the luggage and it is unattended. Recommend this service.

The luggage storage was helpful as we had an afternoon flight. However, the location is not correct from the directions given (we had to ask security in the building for directions because it was actually down the road). Also, it would’ve been helpful to have 6/7 hours hold as an option (only 5hrs hold then jumps to 8hrs hold option). If there wasn’t somewhere there to assist we would have struggled to lift 2 heavy suitcases in the higher locker that was allocated to us.

Tutto super bene ???? la posizione segnalata è leggermente differente, ma a due passi dal duomo, mi hanno fatto lasciare anche una borsa di tela in più legata allo zaino senza sovrapprezzi. Tutto perfetto!

The Staff was friendly and the location was also near from Duomo Milano.
