起初，寄存服务对我们来说还不错，但让我们不满意的是，当我们来到储物柜取回行李时，有人未经核对身份就打开了柜门，而我们明明需要证明那些是我们的行李。

At the beginning the storage was ok for us but the thing we didn't like is that, when we came to the locker to take our bags back, someone opened the door up without asking identification to prove that's our bags

储物处只是个房间，虽然可以额外付费租用带锁的柜子，但里面放不下行李箱我提出投诉，因为我预订了两个行李箱，很担心把它们留在那儿，但因为只有几个小时，前台的那位女士就帮我照看了一下

The storage is just a room and you can pay extra for a locked cabinet but it doesn’t fit a suitcase I complained as I’d booked two bags and was nervous about leaving them but as it was only a few hours the woman at reception looked after them for me

网上预订很容易，也很顺利，但当我把行李放到地下室时，我发现行李其实并没有受到很好的保护。当我回来取行李时，有人从门外进来，我也没有出示二维码什么的。因此，在这里偷东西简直易如反掌。工作人员也没有表现出很大的兴趣。总的来说还可以，但在行李安全方面可以做得更多一些。

The booking online was easy and went well but once I dropped my luggage downstares in the basement, I noticed that it was not really so protected. When I came back to get my luggage, someone came through the door and I didnt have to show the QR code or anything. So it would be quit easy to steal something here. Staff didnt show a lot of interest as well. Overall ok, but there could be done a bit more for the safety of the luggage.
