遗憾的是，我只能认同前面那位给出一星评价的评论者。这家名为“Your phone”的门店已经不存在了，而当你致电客服时，来自“Bounce”（一家完全不同的公司）的客服代表会告诉你，Radical Storage 是个骗局。至少在这个地点是这样。白白浪费了15欧元，还不得不额外向Bounce支付13欧元，才终于把行李寄存在了另一个地点。不过Bounce的网点倒是靠谱的。可以推荐Rindermarkt旁美甲沙龙那家。

Unfortunately, I can only agree witht the previous 1-star-commenter. The store 'Your phone' does NOT exist (anymore) and when you call customer service, you'll be adviced by a customer service rep from 'Bounce', a completely different company, that radical storage is a scam. At least at this location. Wasted 15 euros and had to pay an additional 13 euros to Bounce to actuall get my luggage stored at a different location. The Bounce locations are legit though. Can recommend the one at the nail salon by Rindermarkt.

行李舱的位置很中心，从玛丽恩广场中央火车站（左侧一条街之隔）步行最多 10 分钟即可到达。下次如果位置更准确、方向更明确就更好了，因为有一次我被带到了广场的另一个地方，造成了一些混乱。我们花了好一会儿才搞清楚商店到底在哪里。联系方式也没有，这让我们很为难。

The location of the luggage hold was central, with a max of 10 minutes walk from Mariensplatz Central Station (just a street away on the left side). For next time, it would have been better if the location was more accurate and directions were clear because at one point directions were taking me the other part of the square and cause some confusion. Took us a while to figure out where the shop was actually situated. Contact details were unavailable too, making it difficult
