Great business idea especially for travellers. We went to NYC and our Airbnb host won’t let us drop our luggages earlier than the check in. Good thing - Radical storage is an option and there are multiple locations around the city. We are lucky enough to find one close to our airbnb. Dropping off the luggages and picking it up is easy. The Angel is nice and accommodating. Room for improvement would be, I hope the luggages are in a more secure area. Locked in a storage room or equivalent. Ours was left in a Copy Centre and it was left in the open, visible to customers that come into the store. I was hesitant at first especially it is in New York.

It was the perfect place. Great service

Radical Storage is awesome, our flight arrived early and checkin was not until 2pm. Using the site was very easy. The Checkin process was fast and staff was friendly. Bags were safe while we went sightseeing!
