I highly do not recommend this service. I booked a luggage storage spot a long time ago and even double-checked before my departure. However, when I arrived today, the location was completely closed. There was absolutely no update about this closure on Google Maps or within the app, leaving me stranded there for hours. This completely ruined my plans, as I couldn't attend the ball game while dragging two large suitcases. To make matters worse, I had to spend extra money and time calling another ride to sort things out. Although customer service later promised a refund, the irreversible inconvenience and terrible experience were already done. If you have an important schedule, do not risk using this service.
