Ich fände es gut wenn in der Mail mit dem QR Code auch noch mal die Adresse waere Die andere Mail mit der Adresse war zunächst im Spam Ordner Ich fand es dann auch sehr umständlich von dort aus Auskunft zu erhalten. Zwischendurch kam mir das ganze wie ein scam vor. Das hotel selber war total in Ordnung als wir es dann gefunden hatten

Das 1. Gepäckstück war sehr einfach zu buchen. Es war nicht möglich ein 2. Gepäckstück dazu zu buchen ! Vor Ort musst ich dann einen viel höheren Preis zahlen.

If you prefer to store your luggage with a hotel instead of a locker, then this is a good option. Located a few minutes walk from SL train station on a quiet alley, the hotel reception is friendly and helpful. Just show them your prepaid booking and you're good to go. They even have a guest bathroom that you can use!

It was a little confusingly saying the storage was at Santa Lucia, I assumed it was an office at the station. Then I realised you do it though hotels in the area.hotel, and I went to thst location. Your business needs ti be communicated.

E' venduto come deposito bagaglio nella stazione di Santa Lucia ma non lo è, è un albergo fuori, distante oltre 5 minuti a piedi. Non è chiaro. This bag deposit is NOT in the station of Santa Lucia, but in a hotel a good 5 minute walk away. I feel that this information was not clear when booking
