waverley train station 行李寄存

The storage was fine, but one of the staff members who was there when I handed in my bags, was very rude, and needs to work on his comunication skills. When I asked him to help me get my heavy suitcase on the scanner he did not react, did not answer. After asking three times he shouted back at me that he was busy looking at the scan for my first bag. Not an acceptable way to treat customers. The other guy who was there when I picked up my bags, was nice and polite.

It was very easy and straight forward, the storage is in a perfect place for central Edinburgh and the staff member that I interacted with was lovely and helpful. It was a really good experience.

Good service. The similar service at the station is super expensive so I recommend here.

Great. Quick and easy drop off and pick up. It was actually nearly a 10 minute walk from Waverley Station (which was the advertised place). Not a problem for us but could be for someone with limited mobility. Having said that, it was a great service and meant we could explore the city without our cases! Recommended and so handy for The Royal Mile
