Took my bike transport bag to Florian Hotel near Schiphol and got it three weeks later after finishing my bike trip. No problems at all, very friendly service by the hotel.

When my husband picked up our bike bags the woman did not check him out. We picked them up a day early. 2 days later we got a bill saying we hadn't picked up our luggage and we owed for another day. I emailed your company and it was sorted out but it was another stressor we did not need. Perhaps the group at the Florian hotel in Amsterdam needs some education We will recommend your service to our friends since you sorted it out so quickly
