The bar code did not scan, we were given no receipt or docket as proof either of ownership for collection or evidence that we had left our belongings with them. On collection, someone else was in the store who when we we explained why we were there took us to a back room where we found our bags had been put. He required no evidence of onwership from us - just let us take the bags.
