At the beginning, the gentleman at the location was unable to log into the application on his phone, or at least that was what he claimed. Then he gave me a piece of paper with a handwritten note; he asked me to take a picture of my bag and told me to use the piece of paper when I would like to pick my luggage. Even though I got my baggage back and since it was locked, nothing was missing. Nevertheless, the whole settlement felt unsafe and unworthy of the price I paid for the storage.

取行李时，我为了拿那个大背包，把手里提着的小包暂时放了下来。那个工作人员根本不记得我进门时背着那个背包，也不肯相信那是我的，直到我拿出护照证明里面有我的护照。我大喊大叫了好一阵子，却没得到任何像样的道歉，这服务真是糟透了。

When collecting my bags, I briefly put down a smaller bag I was carrying to pick up my larger backpack. The guy couldn't remember me walking in with it, and didn't want to believe me it was mine, until I showed my passport is inside the bag. It took a lot of screaming and got no real apology, what a shitty service.
