Staff was friendly, but at times a bit unsure how to work the technology. They also told me they were closed for some time over lunch, which (at the time?) I couldn't see in the description of the storage location. It somewhat messed with our timing because we had to plan around the opening hours in order not to miss our flights or depart without our luggage. Not ideal.
