The online booking was clear and easy. The only thing that made it a little uncertain was that the baggage drop place was called Copisteria, but the actual shop I was directed to by Google Maps was a phone shop with absolutely no name marked above the door. I just had to assume this was the place. There was no other luggage in there and no indication of storage facilities. The assistant was very pleasant, but had to look through his phone for ages to find which app he needed to locate my booking
