When I went to claim my bag, the actual time elapsed was less than 6 hours but because I had prepaid there was no way to claim a refund for the extra time unused. The staff member was very rude and refused to give me a receipt or tell me his name. This was in contrast to the other staff member in the morning who had been friendly and helpful. My advice is do not prepay.

Very pleasant assistant felt secure leaving my luggage with then . However Radical storage are agent and take a massive commission You can just turn up and pay despite what the the app says and at a much reduced cost
