Pros: Location close to Boston Common and easy to book on app. Cons: I thought my luggage would be securely locked somewhere, but it was placed in the back of the store where any customer could have accessed. Also, picking up your bags was basically honor system - anyone could have grabbed any bag and claimed it was theirs. Makes it difficult when there are similar looking pieces of luggage.

They are very nice and helpful

First time user here. there was a glitch in the system. I booked last minute & when I showed up I hadn’t received an email nor did it show in the app. It did show in Apple Pay so he verified the time I booked and length of time & allowed me to drop off my luggage. I received the email later & I figured out why it didn’t show in the app. I was not logged in using my Apple ID & used Apple Pay. Later I logged in using my Apple ID & it was there. Lesson learned & a great experience exploring Boston luggage free

Great service and very convenient experience in Boston. Booking was quick and easy, and the luggage drop-off process was smooth from start to finish. The location was practical, the staff were friendly, and we felt confident leaving our bags there. We actually used the same storage location twice before returning to Spain, and both times everything worked perfectly, from drop-off to pick-up. A simple, reliable and very useful service.

I highly recommend this convenient bag storage service located right in Boston Downtown. It made my visit to Boston so much more comfortable since I didn't have to carry my heavy items all afternoon.
