Storage location was really hard to find, even considering, that the Uber driver was designated with this task, he was Japanese and he didn't make it for the first time, so i had several message exchanges with the Radical support, and found the location like in 40 minutes. But, to be fare, all the rest was smooth, the booking itself, the depose/pick up process, the scanning of the QR-code, the application itself. i was leaving my laggage in Tokyo for 10 days, so considering costs, it was OK.

Quick and easy transaction both online and at drop off and pick up.

It is super easy to book and very convenient as you are luggage-free to walk around and to do some shopping!

Easy to store and great option if you have to check out early from the hotel but the flight is later at night

Great service, left my bag for about 9 days and recovered it unscathed afterwards. Since it's a delivery service office they're already setup for everything and it looks very professional.
