I booked thru the app and it was easy. Finding the locations was easy too. After booking, they will send you the luggage storage address, and all you have to do is drop it off. Please show the staff the booking QR code and you are all set. Now you can travel around without all the heavy baggage’s! The whole process was simple, quick, and stress free. I totally recommend it, and I will definitely use this service again when I come back to Japan! It’s also cheaper than Bounce, another luggage storage app.
