The Google map location was misleading to the fire exit of a building as well as pictures, the shopkeeper wasn’t intelligible, and first he was refusing to take it, I didnt understand what he was saying and how suddenly he changed his mind. Terrible and confusing experience, also I tried to call the support phone number and absolutely useless just saying do everything via the app, like if I call I have a reason to call, I don’t need AI chat bot or a recorded audio telling me check the website.

Easy and convenient to get to- opposite bus station. Quick drop off/pick up. Left me able to be able to do use the time i had without lugging around luggage.
