Excellent! Very nice guy at the counter very patient bc I hadn't done the booking so I had to download the app and book it right there and then.

I felt it has a great location very close to two underground stations. The guy was very helpful and patient because I hadn't downloaded the app so I downloaded it there and he waited while I did everything. He took the pictures for the app infront of me and took my bags to the back with me there so I could watch him and when I came back everything was perfectly fine. Great service

Easy to use, friendly service, conveniently close to Waterloo station. My only criticism is that their pricing starts from 2 bags and it's not cheaper just to leave one.

由于我从滑铁卢车站出发，这个地点非常方便。一切都很顺利，只是有点遗憾的是，没有提供仅寄存一个行李箱且价格更低的选择，预订表单只允许预订两个或两个以上的行李箱。当然，我最后还是只寄存了一个行李箱，但觉得价格本可以更便宜一些。

The location was great as I was leaving from Waterloo station. Everything was fine, I was just a bit disappointed that there wasn't an option to leave only one bag at a lower price, the booking form only lets you book 2 or more. I just left my one bag of course, but felt it should have been cheaper.
