Schön wäre, wenn man vor der Buchung den Abgabeort genau aussuchen könnte. So bekommt man die Adresse erst nach der Buchung, was z.T. unnütz größere Entfernungen als nötig zur Folge hat. In unserem Fall war dann auch noch die angegebene Adresse falsch, der Support meldete sich erst eine Stunde später. Abgabe und Abholung war absolut problemlos, die Kollegin im Shop sehr freundlich. Grundsätzlich also eine gute Idee, die Umsetzung braucht noch einige Verbesserung ! DIE ABZÜGE BEI DER BEWERTUNG BETREFFEN AUSSCHLIESSLICH „Radical Storage“ und NICHT den Abgabeort !!!

Great, lady was very friendly and called a taxi to airport for us.

At first we were a bit confused while finding the place - there were no signs outside, we had to go into the store to ask where this place was. And it turned out that it was just inside the store. :) But everything else was great - we left our bags and were able to spend the whole day before the flight in the evening in the city.
