I don't understand why the app keeps sending me a message saying I didn't pick up my luggage on time. It must be a mistake by the store where I left it. I had booked until 7:00 a.m., and I picked it up at 5:45 p.m. I'm waiting for your feedback and hope there aren't any additional charges. The experience of dropping off and picking up luggage was good. The staff was friendly and everything was quick
