Booking experience price and location were very good. Politeness of the staff was not the best. Very brief interaction and got told “Don’t come in the room” with a hand gesture. Overall it allowed us to complete the last day of our holiday without worrying about our bags.

我不知道的服务。实用又方便。考虑到酒店没有专门的行李存放处，而是像普通酒店的退房后行李存放处一样 '放在里面'，也许有点贵，但服务中包含的保险确实让人放心。

Servizio che non conoscevo. Utile e comodo. Forse un po' caro considerando che non esistono spazi dedicati ai bagagli ma vengono tenuti 'lì in mezzo' come in un normale deposito post checkout alberghiero, ma l'assicurazione compresa nel servizio sicuramente dà serenità.

当我们到达托运行李的地点并打开门时，工作人员以非常粗鲁的方式要求我们等待，当我们说 '好的，我们可以在里面等吗，还是我们必须离开？我们感到被打扰了，所以这次体验并不是最好的。

As soon we reached the location for check in luggage and opened the door the staff asked us in a very rude way to wait, and when we said ‘ok, can we wait inside or we have to exit?’ he continued to repeat it and being very rude and un-welcome. We felt to disturb and so the experience wasn’t the best.
