柜台那位先生非常友好，对营业时间说明得很清楚（下午关门，傍晚重新开门，所以最早要等到下午4点30分才能取行李），感觉这里很安全。我觉得他们应该更明确地确认哪些行李是你的——他们既没有给我任何与我的行李相对应的凭证，也没有挂上任何标签，如果当时是另一位工作人员为我服务，他们甚至可能会拒绝归还我的行李。

Very friendly man at counter, very clear about opening times(is shut in the afternoon, open again late afternoon so have to wait till earliest 4;30pm to get your bags), felt it was safe. Think it could be a little clearer that they know which bags are yours- they didn't give me anything corresponding to my bags or put any tags on potentially could have refused to them back if there had been a different person serving me

Good experience- felt luggage was secure. To not the location shuts for siesta but that worked well for us.
