只是我们可能没有看清楚。上面说付款后会确认地点，而我们问的地方离酒店有几个街区远。如果能知道就好了

Its fine.. just we maybe didnt read it properly. It says it will confirm location when paid for and it was a couple blocks away from where we asked. Would of been nice to know

there are few stair going into the building . So if you’re short and petite or have a heavy suitcase 🧳 then be careful. But staff were vy friendly and bad was well looked after for 32hrs. Def use again and ask the guy for help with suitcase up and down the stairs

Everything went like clockwork. I did though receive a request for a review of how my bag pick up went well begore I'd picked up my bags. If i wasn't used to this kind of incompetence it would have caused some concern.

非常友善且有效率的服務。行李得到了很好的照顧！需要注意的是，從酒店到前台有一小段台階，所以不適合行李很重的人或行動不便的人。

Very friendly and efficient service. Luggage was well looked after! Note there is a short flight of steps within the premises to get to the front desk, so it's not suitable for those with very heavy bags or for the less mobile
