advertised at southern cross station but was actually 2 blocks away. storage was good

Its fine.. just we maybe didnt read it properly. It says it will confirm location when paid for and it was a couple blocks away from where we asked. Would of been nice to know

进入大楼需要爬几级台阶。所以，如果你个子矮小，或者拖着一个沉重的行李箱？？？？，那就得小心点。不过工作人员非常友好，我的行李在32小时内都得到了很好的照料。肯定还会再住，而且会请那位工作人员帮忙把行李箱搬上搬下楼梯。

there are few stair going into the building . So if you’re short and petite or have a heavy suitcase ???? then be careful. But staff were vy friendly and bad was well looked after for 32hrs. Def use again and ask the guy for help with suitcase up and down the stairs

一切都进行得有条不紊。不过，在我还没取到行李之前，就收到了一份关于行李提取情况的反馈调查。如果我没习惯这种低效的表现，恐怕会有些担心。

Everything went like clockwork. I did though receive a request for a review of how my bag pick up went well begore I'd picked up my bags. If i wasn't used to this kind of incompetence it would have caused some concern.
