pompei train station 行李寄存

This was a great place to store our luggage! It was a part of the train station, the staff spoke English very well, there was a small convenience store portion where we could get cold water and Gatorade both on our way to explore Pompeii and on our way out. They locked our luggage up, so it was safe. We stored 12 bags and it was worth the money! Thanks!

Staff was great, signage that more clearly said “Radical” and a note on the website that said “inside convenience store, inside of train station” would have been great.

checking in was great- they were very helpful getting all of our luggage stored safely. After our luggage was stored, they helped us get into the right entrance for the Archelogical site. However, when picking up the bags, the guy who was there didn't care. He allowed me to grab our own bags from the back and never closed out the rental process. Other than the pick up, everything else was great. The storage center is very convenient if you are doing a day trip to Pompei.

I give 4/5 stars because there were no signs for Radical Storage and we walked around for quite a bit looking. I asked a man in the small restaurant and he pointed me to the convenient store next to it. This is not where google maps had it. The woman inside was very helpful and scanned my QR code. She put our bags in a secure room and gave us a receipt. Overall very good experience but maybe more signage next time.

Service was fast at Pompei train station, and I got back my luggage promptly for my train ride to Rome. I like to appeal for a partial refund due to difference of 1 item. It was 3 bags instead of 4 bags purchased. Thank you. Here is the photo evidence of 3 bags.
