PROS: 7-min walk to Con. Easy check-in/pickup. Bags supervised at front desk. CONS: Recessed entryway smells of urine. Bags left in plain sight, not stored away. Radical and this location need to agree on hours (listed 8am–midnight). Arrived 7:50am and waited quietly outside. Morning staffer approached me, said they were closed and seemed put out, though he did let me in. Not rude, just not warm. Pickup staffer, though, was friendly and quick.

Location was perfect while visiting the convention center. Staff was flexible, attentive and kind.

Once we arrived we were a little dubious of the location but the service was very smooth and met our needs.

Our luggage was not locked up. I did not feel like it was very secure.

Convenient location; very friendly staff. I had no idea I could store luggage while I worked to change cancelled flights due to storm. Really happy for this service!

The storage at the hostel was easy and secure. The front desk was super courteous and friendly.
