No signage out the front. Photos of the shop look different

On the internet the sign shows the shop as a EZY MART with highly visible colours but instead found just a convenience store sign and walked around the property twice till the person at the backpackers hostel directed to me the shop. Went to collect my luggage at 3.30 shop was closed but the open sign was in place. After panicking for close to an hour the guy who was inside in the back room unlocked the door. Will not use this storage site again or recommend to others.

When I returned to pick up my luggage, the process was just as quick and easy. The staff member remembered the procedure and made sure my bags were returned safely. Used this place near central after I checked out of hotel. Easy to find, good staff. They asked which app I was using so obviously work with all the storage apps, so just choose the cheapest at your location and it'll be fine.
