Easy, convenient, and overall great service! My flight was delayed, so I couldn’t collect my luggage at the scheduled time. Although customer support couldn't reach the service provider directly, I really appreciated their prompt responses. I was able to contact the on-site team myself, and they were incredibly helpful, letting me pick up my luggage in the end. Really grateful for all the support!

Everything went well, need to call the agent via video chat to open and close the boxes. There are multiple available colleagues in case of no reply from the first option. Easy process, I liked that they can do it remotely.

The locker room did not have free boxes for our 9 suitcases, but a frendly girl came and led us to the office nesr by and took care of all suotcases????
