J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à trouver l'endroit, car il n'y avait aucun panneau indicateur ni aucune explication. Ce serait également mieux si la tarification était calculée à l'heure. Je m'attendais à un casier en libre-service avec un code, mais ils ont plutôt rangé mon sac à dos dans une pièce. Du côté positif, la jeune femme qui m'a aidé était très sympathique et accueillante.

Finding the place was very difficult because it wasn’t signposted or explained in any way. It would also be better if the pricing were based on hourly use. I was expecting a self-service locker with a code, but instead they stored my backpack in a room. On the positive side, the girl who helped me was very friendly and welcoming.

Le personnel était formidable ! Le problème, c'est que… l'hôtel est vraiment difficile à trouver ! À l'intérieur du centre commercial, depuis l'entrée principale, IGNOREZ le panneau « City Center Hotel » situé à côté du premier ascenseur que vous voyez, et continuez jusqu'au fond du centre commercial. Vers le bout du couloir, sur la droite, se trouve un autre ascenseur portant le panneau de l'hôtel. Prenez cet ascenseur jusqu'au 2e étage et vous arriverez au comptoir de dépôt des bagages et d'enregistrement !

The staff were wonderful! The problem is... the hotel is really hard to find! Inside of the shopping center, from the main entrance, IGNORE the City Center Hotel sign beside the first elevator you see, and continue to the far end of the mall. Near the end of the corridor, on the right, is another elevator with the hotel sign on it. Take that elevator to floor 2 and you have arrived at the baggage drop/check-in counter!

Le processus de dépôt et de collecte est facile et le personnel est sympathique. Il se trouve à l'intérieur du centre commercial Bragashopping - en entrant par l'entrée principale sur l'Avenida Central, marchez tout droit jusqu'à ce que vous voyiez sur votre droite un panneau indiquant Hotel Residencial et un petit ascenseur, prenez celui-ci jusqu'à la réception (indiquée dans l'ascenseur) où les sacs sont déposés.

Easy dropoff and collection process, friendly staff. It is inside the Bragashopping shopping mall - entering from the main entrance on Avenida Central, walk straight until on the right hand side you see a sign for Hotel Residencial and a small elevator, take this up to reception (labelled in the elevator) where the bags are dropped off.
