Tricky to find

L'indirizzo non era abbastanza specifico e ci sono voluti almeno 30 minuti per trovare chi avrebbe dovuto conservare i bagagli. Quando ci siamo resi conto che era il minimarket locale, non avevano idea del servizio e hanno dovuto chiamare il direttore. Quando l'abbiamo raccolto c'era un'altra persona che non ha chiesto documenti o altro.

The address was not specific enough and it took us at least 30 minutes to find who was meant to be storing the bags. When we did realise it was the local Convenience store they had no idea about the service and had to ring the manager. When we picked it up there was a different person who didnt ask for ID or anything.

Found the service confusing regarding identification of location as we were required to book prior to finding out. I was of the impression our suitcases would be storage in a locked facility however upon arrival at the location our suitcases were simply placed behind a counter in a kwik-e-mart
