Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. We chose it because it was supposed to open early in the morning. However, no one showed up for 30 minutes. As a result, we had to cancel our reservation and return to the train station. It was a complete waste of time and a major inconvenience. The online customer service offered to transfer our reservation to another location, but the problem was that those alternative locations were not open yet—a fact they should have been aware of. So, to be honest, I cannot recommend either this location or the service itself. I've used other storage services before and have never experienced such an unpleasant situation.
