ENGLISH: We were asked to leave our bags in a grocery store aisle (basically the detergent section) where anyone could easily take them. I do not believe it is acceptable to charge customers for such a service. If you market yourselves as a secure storage place, bags should at the very least be stored in a secure area that is not accessible to the general public. In addition, your website should be more transparent about how customers' belongings are stored - The fact that lockers are not available should have been made clear. Had I known the actual storage conditions, I would not have chosen to use your service. In the end, I left without leaving my bags at the grocery store SPANISH: Nos piden dejar las bolsas en un pasillo de la tienda, con muy poca supervisión, donde cualquiera podría llevárselas. No considero aceptable que se cobre por este servicio. Si no disponen de taquillas, al menos deberían guardar las bolsas en una zona segura y restringida al público. Actual storage of luggage was ok and girl on counter was pleasant. However, there is no sign on the outside of the shop that gives any indication that you have the right place so I walked about for more than 20 mins in the heat trying to find it. (It’s the mini mart on the corner by the zebra crossing). There were a couple of kids hanging about at both drop off and pick up, one had a bike that was blocking the shop entrance and on pick up he refused to move when asked and got quite nasty.

Everything went well and the shop was opposite Jerez train station, so that was really good.

You leave your bags in a little shop opposite the station. It all felt very weird and quite expensive.
