모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소는 호텔 내에 위치해 있는데, 이는 숙소 설명이나 예약 시에는 명시되어 있지 않았지만, 다행히 관련 내용을 언급한 리뷰가 있었습니다. 호텔은 리모델링 중이었지만, 직원들은 절차를 철저히 준수하여 체크인 시 짐 사진을 찍어주었습니다. 체크아웃도 간편했고, 리모델링 중인 호텔 객실 중 한 곳의 화장실을 이용할 수 있도록 배려해 주었습니다. 리모델링으로 인한 불편함에도 불구하고 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다.

짐은 골든 혼 파크 호텔 내부에 있으며 외부에서 표지판이 없으므로 온라인으로 예약한 후 들어가서 리셉션 직원에게 보여 주어야 합니다. 여행 가방은 공용 로비에 놓아두었는데 다시 가져갔을 때 담배 냄새가 났어요.

좋은 서비스, 온보딩 프로세스에도 일회성 트랙이 있었으면 좋겠어요.

It was odd, but we trusted. The storage was located in a very unusual place but we trusted and it worked well. You should put one of your labels in every Angel’s location to guarantee they are partnering with you. It gives to the client more confidentiality. Congrats for the idea. Italians do it better. Bravo
