Everything was good. The location is inside a hotel, which is not stated in the description or during reservation but luckily there was a review saying that. The hotel was under renovation, however they followed the procedure, took photos of the luggage during check-in. Check-out was easy and they even provided us with access to a toilet inside one of the renovated hotel rooms. Polite and helpful staff, despite the inconvenient situation of the renovation.

Il Luggage si trova all’interno dell’hotel Golden Horn Park Hotel, non è segnalato da fuori, bisogna effettuare prenotazione online e poi entrare e mostrarla al receptionist. Le valige son state messe all’interno di una hall comune e quando le abbiamo riprese avevano odore di sigaretta.

It was odd, but we trusted. The storage was located in a very unusual place but we trusted and it worked well. You should put one of your labels in every Angel’s location to guarantee they are partnering with you. It gives to the client more confidentiality. Congrats for the idea. Italians do it better. Bravo
