접수처에 있던 젊은 직원은 몇 차례 오해가 있었음에도 불구하고 매우 친절하고 배려심 있게 대해 주었습니다. 주소가 다소 헷갈렸는데, 원래는 숙소가 아닌 지역 우체국으로 안내되어야 했기 때문입니다.

The young man on reception was very helpful and accommodating after a couple of misunderstandings, the address was confusing, as it should direct to the local point office not the accommodation

수하물 보관소는 호텔이 아니라 모퉁이 건너편 상점에 있습니다. 매일 오후 1시 30분부터 3시 30분까지는 문을 닫습니다. 조금 일찍 가방을 찾으러 갔지만 받지 못했습니다. 체크인을 도와주신 남성 분은 정말 친절하셨습니다.

Storage is at a store around the corner not at the hotel. Closed between 1.30 - 3.30pm daily. Tried to collect bags earlier and was unable to. Gentleman who booked us in was lovely.

이곳은 밀라초 항구 바로 맞은편에 있는 UPS 같은 가게 안에 있어서 찾기가 어려웠고, 구글 지도가 자꾸 옆 골목으로 안내하더라고요. 하지만 직원분들이 정말 친절했고, 짐도 아주 안전하게 맡길 수 있었어요. 그래서 이 곳을 강력히 추천하고, 여행할 때마다 항상 이곳을 이용할 생각이에요.

This place was hard to find because it is in the UPS type store directly across from the Milazzo port and Google maps kept sending me to the next street over. But the staff is super friendly and my luggage felt really safe. So, I would recommend them highly and always use them when I am traveling.

Simple and easy drop off and pick up. No delays! Just be aware the entry is in the same street as the port, not the street behind - Google maps takes you to the rear.
