모든 과정이 정말 간단했습니다. 앱을 다운로드하고, 이용 시간을 예약한 뒤, 장소 사진이 포함된 정확한 안내를 받은 후 가방을 맡기기만 하면 됐습니다. 정말 쉽고 편리했습니다.

Everything was very simple, downloaded the app, booked the slot, was then given exact details woth pic of the location and dropped the bag. Very easy and practical.

가방을 맡기기에 아주 좋은 곳이었어요. 다만 찾기가 조금 어렵다는 점만 유의하세요. 철물점 안에 위치해 있고, 운영 시간은 일반 근무 시간으로 제한되어 있습니다.

This was a fine place to leave my bags. Just keep in mind it’s a bit hard to find. It’s in a hardware store and the hours are limited to normal working hours.

앞서 다른 분들이 언급하셨듯이, Radical Luggage에서 제공한 위치는 잘못된 것입니다. 정확한 주소는 Gvožđarija MEŠA (Trg Ivana Krndelja, Mostar 88000)입니다. 메흐메트는 정말 친절하고 상냥한 분이라서 저희가 수하물을 찾는 과정을 아주 수월하게 진행해 주셨습니다. 영어는 못 하시지만 번역 앱을 사용하시는데, 전혀 문제없이 잘 통했습니다. 저희는 가게가 문을 닫기 전인 오후 4시경에 수하물을 찾았고, 그분은 맛있는 음식점도 추천해 주셨습니다.

As people have previously mentioned the location provided by Radical Luggage is incorrect - instead it is called Gvožđarija MEŠA (Trg Ivana Krndelja, Mostar 88000). Mehmet was incredibly kind and is a very sweet person who made the process very easy for us. He doesn’t speak English however he uses a translation app and it works perfectly fine. We collected the luggage before the store closes which was around 4pm and he gave great food recommendations.

정말 좋아요!! 주유소 바로 뒤에 있는데, 렌터카 업체가 아니라 “메사”라는 철물점이에요. 강력히 추천합니다!

Very nice!! Just behind the gas station, not a car rental but a hardware store called “mesa”. Would highly recommend!
