We had to use another storage adress since the one we booked was already full. The other one was further away and the accessability was not good.

Was sent to an address first, then a new location. When we arrived we had to wait because the lady at the checkout didn't know what to do. Collection went very well - they scanned the code and collected the luggage quickly!
