The issue we had was that the address listed was NOT the actual address. Others posted this so we had a heads up. I also sent Radical feedback to fix the issue. It still does not appear to be fixed.

Convenient, reasonable and handy for where we were staying at Nyhavn. Easy drop off with bags photographed. A little delay collecting and also on seeing that the cupboard was not actually locked but a unit just popped in front of the door.
