A fost foarte ușor să fac rezervarea și să las bagajul. Nu mi-am dat seama că urma să mă duc la o locație externă, care era, de fapt, un supermarket ieftin. După ce mi-am dat seama de asta, persoana care mi-a preluat bagajul părea puțin nehotărâtă și mi-a făcut o poză cu codul QR, spunând că o va arăta colegului său – apoi mi-a luat bagajul, ceea ce mi s-a părut cam haotic. Totuși, procesul de asistență a fost excelent și m-a liniștit. Very easy to book and drop off the bag. I hadn't realised I was going to an offsite location that was in fact a budget supermarket. Once I had figured that out, the person who received my bag seemed a bit vague and took a photo of my QR code, saying that he would show it to his colleague - then took my bag, which seemed a bit haphazard. But the help/support process was excellent and put my mind at rest. No doubt a teething issue, but I was happy to leave my bag as overall I trusted the process.

Personalul de la Costcutter a fost foarte eficient și ne-a ajutat cu procedura de înregistrare. Și ridicarea bagajelor a fost foarte simplă.

The staff at Costcutter were very efficient and helped us with the booking in procedure. Collection was so easy too.

Locația nu ar putea fi mai bine după ce a ajuns la stația Paignton. DAR unul trebuie să treacă prin intrarea din față a cost cutters mini supermarket și să le întreb dacă acesta este locul pentru valiza mea bagaje stânga. Ei au spus da, dar nu a furnizat și primirea alunecare. Cu toate acestea, ei știau cazul meu și nici o problemă în a obține înapoi.

Location could not be better having arrived at Paignton station. BUT one has to go through the front entrance of the Cost cutters mini supermarket and ask them if this is the place for my suitcase left luggage. They said yes but did not provide and receiving slip. However they knew my case and no problem in getting it back.
