The storage location is in a hotel right behind the railway which is accessed via the bridge, which was close and easy to access. The staff didn't mind when we went to collect our luggage a little earlier.

We left at bag here while we went to France. The website was easy to use and both drop off and collection were straightforward and hassle free. The location was perfect for us as we were staying close by and travelling to and from France via Victoria. I would highly recommend.

Souvinova was such an amazing luggage storage spot. The owner of the store was sweet very reliable and trustworthy. He was conveniently waiting for us outside the store to welcome us in. The process of booking, dropping off and picking up was so quick and easy. He even gave us free waters as we were leaving. I absolutely would use this luggage storage again and recommend to anyone in the area.
