very convenient

Not cheap, not unsafe—but since it’s Korea, safety wasn’t really a concern. The lady at the beginning wasn’t very welcoming, though the man at the end was nice. Just to clarify, this is a hotel, and the “luggage storage” is not lockers as we expected. Instead, bags are left along the hallway, sometimes even in front of rooms. To drop the luggage, you also need to go up some stairs, which was fine for us with just a bag, but would be impractical with a suitcase. We didn’t experience any issues, which is why my boyfriend and I gave it a fair 3/5.

Very easy process

I used the storage for Seoul Station, the location was easy to find, just opposite the train station, not even 2 min. away. Handover was swift, only thing to notice is that the storage is on the first floor with a narrow staircase, please keep in mind for very big and heavy suitcases.

Great price for storing luggage. The place is small, so luggage does pile up. The lady in charge is super nice and speaks some English. She even gave us candies for free!
