C’est au premier étage sans ascenseur. Il faut prendre une photo en déposant ses valises ce qu’on ne nous avait pas dit. Sinon service impeccable

The location was great as it was very close to Seoul station, however going up the stairs with your luggage is hard especially if you have a large bag. Fortunately we used the storage only for the day so we were able to leave the biggest suitcase near the door at the ground level. It’s a very small place, but the staff was nice and it was a good price.

The pay was good and the timings were great however there are no lifts in the building and you gave to carry your suitcases yourself.

Hard to find the location. Many people were wandering around thre block and looked for the address. It would be helpful if a sign/banner would show the Radical Storage name. The staff was friendly, she didn't give receipts. The only proof of my luggage is a phot what I made. The fare is affordable.

Storage location was great. Nearby central rail- en subway station Tha booking experience was quick but over complete. On the location we dit not need the send QR code. We expected a locked baggage storage but there was just a lovely lady in a to small hallway how told us to put our bag on 2 meters of other bags, she put a sticker on it with time and date of the pickup. Happy for us the bag was still there wen we picked it up ????????

Great opportunity near Seoul station to park some luggage! Drop off and pick up went smoothly - even at 8pm :)
