那里的工作人员非常友好，乐于助人！我很高兴我的包很安全。不过，关于我应该去哪里的指示并不是很清楚。工作人员告诉了我购物商场的名字，但并没有说清楚我应该去商场里的哪家商店。幸运的是，当时有一位工作人员站在商场外面，他告诉了我我要找的东西，并伸出了援手。如果他不在那里，我不知道自己还能不能找到。

The staff there were really friendly and helpful! I was happy my bag was safe. However the instructions for where I was supposed to go weren’t very clear at all. I was given the name of the shopping arcade, but it wasn’t made clear which shop in the arcade I was meant to go to. Fortunately, a member of staff was stood outside the arcade at the time who could tell I what I was looking for and reached out. If he wasn’t there I’m not sure I would have managed to find it.
