Not too hard to find, 5min walk from Tokyo station and I left my bag for 4 days and it was there and full when I got back.

Everything was smooth and quick. It just feels odd that you do not get any recept after doping the bag off. So you have no proof that your bags are there.

9月26日，每件行李每天4歐元。那位先生非常友善且樂於助人。一切都很順利，下次造訪時我仍會將行李託付給他。附註：距離火車站僅幾步之遙。

Je Gepäckstück im September 26 für 4 Euro am Tag. Der Herr war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles hat prima funktioniert und beim nächsten Besuch würde ich ihm mein Gepäck wieder anvertrauen. PS nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt.

We were really pleased with this service. It's in the Joker in the Bus Terminal (not the one outside), and it was super easy. The guy working was very kind and efficient. Luggage was secure and safe (and my husband is obsessed with security and even he was happy). Highly recommend.

Super Service! Wenn man aber direkt vor Ort, ohne Ihre Webseite, gebucht hätten, wären es nur EURO 5.— pro Gepäckstück gewesen.

Very good experience with this location. The guy is very kind and the place is very easy to find, just beside a Bedionka supermarket. Safety is good, he scan the code at drop-off and when you pick-up the luggage.

Very good experience with this location. It's a cafe called "just cafe" located in the tunnel under platform 5. The muslim ladies are kind and at check-in scan the QR code and take a picture of your luggage. When you pick it up they scan the code again, so I guess is a pretty safe. Highly recommended.

起初覺得有點令人困惑，因為 Google 地圖顯示的是隔壁的建築物，不太清楚店鋪確切的位置在哪裡。或許貼個標籤之類的會比較好。那位店員非常友善。

Am Anfang etwas verwirrend zu finden, weil Google Maps das nachbargebäude angibt und nciht klar ist wo genau nun der Shop seinmuss. da wäre vielleicht ein Aufkleber oder so gut. Der Kollege war super nett.
