I booked it 5 minutes before dropping off my suitcase, and everything was great. It was easy to find the place, it’s a shop that has luggage shelves in the back. Dropping off and picking up my suitcase later in the day was very quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The pricing is what won me over I mean a flat rate for the whole day is amazing compared to the station lockers what charges you every hour. We booked on the train ride into the city, then we just walk into the hotel partner and dropped the bags. It gave us a full afternoon of freedom, it's the best!

Friendly guys took our bags without problem and returned them on our return. Our bar code wasn’t scanned when we checked the bags in and no ID was asked for when we picked them up, but no problems were had.
